You choose the skills modules you need, and we provide ready-to-use resources so those modules can be delivered by us or by your internal team.

Everything is supported by a library of online tools and content that can also be accessed via our Resource Hub.

How It Works

1. Start with the skills that matter

We organise our programmes into clear, focused skills modules such as:

Each module is designed as a self-contained building block.

You can:

  • Pick a single module for a specific need (e.g. “our managers avoid tough conversations”)
  • Combine modules for a full leadership pathway (e.g. “new manager development”)

If you can’t see the exact mix you need, we’ll reconfigure the modules – not invent a whole new programme from scratch.

2. Flexible delivery: by us or by you

You decide how the modules are delivered:

Option A – We deliver

Our facilitators run the modules for you, virtually or in person.

Option B – You deliver (licence to use)

You buy the modules, and your internal team runs them.

  • Need to scale quickly across multiple locations

We don’t pretend every organisation needs external facilitators forever.
