Module 2: Coaching Mindset and the LEAP Model
Dive into the different approaches a coach can take. You’ll discover how mindset shapes impact and explore our proven LEAP model to bring coaching conversations to life.
Module 3: Structuring Powerful Conversations
Learn how to give your coaching conversations shape and flow. You’ll see a live demonstration from one of our tutors, then practise in pairs to build your confidence.
Module 4: Deep Listening and Empathy
Develop one of the most vital coaching skills – listening. You’ll uncover the four levels of listening, strengthen empathy using the GIVE model, and explore how to listen inclusively.
Module 5: Mastering Communication and Questioning
This module helps you take control of the coaching dialogue. You’ll refine your questioning skills, manage pace, and learn how to follow a coachee’s focus with precision.
Module 6: Coaching in Practice
It’s time to put theory into action. You’ll coach in threes, supported and observed by our tutors, receiving constructive feedback to accelerate your development.
Module 7: Feedback and Self-Awareness
Discover how and when to share your own knowledge in coaching. This session also explores effective feedback techniques, self-awareness tools, and the concept of feedforward.
Module 8: Challenge and Accountability
Explore the balance between support and challenge in coaching. You’ll learn how to foster accountability and use constructive tension to spark meaningful growth.
Module 9: Demonstration and Practice in Trios
Bring everything together in a final practical session. You’ll observe, coach, and reflect in trios, showcasing your learning and sharpening your real-world coaching skills.

These modules strengthen your self-awareness and ability to adapt to different personality types.
