Core Modules
The ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management digs into strategic leadership: analysing organisational culture, evaluating leadership approaches, driving change, and aligning leadership behaviour with long-term goals. It pushes managers to think bigger, use evidence to guide decisions, and shape a leadership style that strengthens performance and organisational direction.
Learners must complete the mandatory module – Leading People and Organisational Culture, and complete additional Level 5 modules based on the type of L5 qualification they want to gain: Award (1 module), Certificate (3 modules), or Diploma (5 modules).
